A new web based system is being built for contractors. There are three parts to the new system for use by contractors working with Sycamore Asset Management, See below:
- Please download and fill out the W-9 form. After you have downloaded the W-9 form you will need to print it out and fill in the appropriate information. After filling in and signing the blank form please fax it to: 866-557-6474
Downloading instructions: right click and choose "Save link as" or "Save Target as" then choose where to save the file on your computer.

The W-9 form is in Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) format. If you need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software for viewing this type of file format go to: www.adobe.com and follow the instuctions on the site for downloading and installing the software.
- As a contractor you will need to be set up as a "User" in our system. *This is under construction at this time but will be activated by January 1st of 2007. There will be a link placed here as soon as it is activated.
- Once you have signed up as a contractor in the system you will be able to sign in using your new username and password to fill in invoices for billing purposes.

The user set up and use of this new system is not the same username and password as you may already have for use of the Sycamore WebCalendar. You will have a new unique username and password for this system. Your WebCalendar information will stay the same.
